Everyone starts at Sanjay Gandhi Playground. The 10K and 5K use one course. The 3K events use the shorter course. Maps are in the routes section.

Yes. Toilets are along the route. Ambulances and medical stations are on the route and at the venue. Physios are on the ground. Water and energy drinks are on the route and in the holding area. There is no baggage counter.

Entry, a bib, race-day facilities, a medal, a finisher e-certificate, post-race refreshments, hydration on the route, and expo access. 10K, 5K and 3K also include the event T-shirt and a timing chip. The saree walk has no T-shirt. You must wear your own saree. Student walks have no T-shirt and no timing chip. Students must wear their school or college sports kit. Student certificates are participation certificates.

22 November 2026. Each category has a limited number of places. October prices apply until 31 October 2026. From 1 November the fee is the November price. Student walk stays ₹150 in both months.

Expo dates are announced closer to the event, on social media and by email. Bibs are not handed out at the start line. Bring your confirmation email and a government photo ID. Without those documents the entry can be cancelled and the fee is not refunded.

Yes. They need a letter you have written and signed, naming them, plus their own photo ID.

A bib is compulsory for every category. 10K, 5K and 3K must wear the event T-shirt. Saree walk participants wear their own saree. Students wear their school sports uniform. Defence participants wear a defence sports T-shirt. Carry an ID for age proof. There is no parking at the venue, so use public transport. There is no baggage counter. Read the race day instruction sheet before you leave home.

Provisional results go on the timing partner’s website within 12 hours, and a timing SMS goes to your registered number. Final results follow within 21 working days after checks. Certificates can be downloaded from the timing partner’s website within a week of the final results. Student certificates are participation certificates on the same site. Walk results use the timing chip and route-marshal checks. 10K results use the timing chip. Medal collection at the ground is compulsory. Medals are not couriered and are not sent to schools.
