Refund & Cancellation
This policy applies to registrations paid on this website through Razorpay. Merchant: Vision Sports Reconnect Private Limited, GSTIN 27AAECV8977E1ZR.
No refunds
Registrations are non-refundable. A successful payment is not returned if you change your mind, cannot attend, miss bib collection, miss the start, or if the organisers adjust the schedule, route or category details. If you do not turn up, there is no refund and the bib cannot be handed to someone else.
Failed or duplicate charges
If money left your account and you did not receive a registration confirmation, or you were charged twice for the same entry, write to maladwalkathon@gmail.com with the payment ID. Those cases are payment errors and can be reversed. They are not ticket refunds.
If the event is cancelled
If the organisers cancel the Event outright and do not hold it, they will tell registered participants how any amount will be handled. A change of time, route or distance is not a cancellation.
